She gathers her inspiration from diverse musical genres: indie, folk, classical, jazz and musical theatre; and loves to play around with the particularities that each of these styles has to offer. Her signature sound employs a melodic focus to create story driven pieces that feature a diverse instrumentation. Despite Elisabeth’s current distance from her home province of Quebec, its snowy winters, fervid river, warm language, and distinctive music still hold a significant place in her heart and weave their way into her writing; whether in French or in English.
Elisabeth released her debut EP, Overachiever, on October 6th 2023, with support from the Canada Council for the Arts and Factor. She is currently working on her first full length documentary score.
Elisabeth holds a Bachelor of Music from Humber Polytechnic. She has been performing across multiple stages over the past few years, including in the NXNE music festival, the Aga Khan museum and in the Women From Space festival.
Her second EP, Undergrowth, was released on September 5th 2025.
This second EP is a deeper exploration of Elisabeth’s style, bridging the space between her Toronto influences and her Quebec roots. Undergrowth explores a more acoustic instrumentation, utilizing her love of woodwinds and singular vocal melodies.
Overachiever is Elisabeth's debut EP, made possible with the support of Factor and the Canada Council for the Arts.
